Waterfall: the First Achievements On the Way to the Successful Partnership

At the beginning of December WATERFALL plant hosted a presentation held for the market participants demonstrating the company’s practical achievements and its performance in 2016.
Dmitry Kolchin, WATERFALL PRO Managing Director, noted during the opening ceremony that all the targeted goals had been successfully achieved: “After starting the work and reaching the planned capacity our company managed to produce the whole range of common and special BOPP films that are in demand among the industry key customers in two months’ time. Along with the basic film types we launched the production of several unique films that have no analogues and had been successfully tested by our European customers.”
Vladimir Spizin, Chief Technologist, demonstrated various film samples to the participants providing detailed description of their properties and technical characteristics. The company management also presented the assortment policy and the innovation strategy of WATERFALL PRO for the year 2017.
After the official ceremony the guests were given the chance to have an informal discussion and share their impressions with each other, as well as discuss prospects for cooperation with WATERFALL team members. The participants’ interest in the plant’s facilities, technologies and product range showed that WATERFALL has become a timely and sought-after project on the domestic market. In the short term the company management is planning not only to provide high-quality packaging materials for Russian food and processing companies but also to enter the foreign markets.
