Waterfall: career begins here

As part of the agenda of the Roundtable "Priorities in Strengthening of the Social Partnership between the Employment Center and Employers" which was held at the Employment Center in Shakhty, an Agreement on cooperation was signed between the Employment Center and Waterfall company.

Under the terms of the agreement, the Employment Center will assist the enterprise in recruiting and training of the staff.

“We are ready to provide citizens of the town with jobs at a modern enterprise that is unrivalled in the Southern Federal Region and meets not only domestic but also the world standards of labor organization,” Valery Smirnov, Waterfall Deputy Managing Director, said. “I am confident that with the support of the Employment Center we will be able to recruit talented promising specialists who are ready to grow and learn to operate our state-of-the-art equipment.

The BOPP film production plant will become one of the largest enterprises in Shakhty and will create more than 250 jobs for the town and the region citizens.
