Waterfall launched the production of anti-fog BOPP films that have a half-year guarantee. The new product line is manufactured using the additives developed by Western Europe brands.
Waterfall has finally taken stock of the work carried out in 2016. The industry participants got acquainted with the company's product samples including both basic and special BOPP films brands that are in high demand among the key customers, as well as unique films that have no analogues in Russia.
Waterfall Plant, a modern enterprise producing high-quality BOPP films was officially launched on August, 23, in Shakhty, Rostov region. Mr. Denis Manturov, the Head of Ministry of Trade and Industry of the Russian Federation, referred to this start-up as a remarkable event for the growing domestic chemical complex.
Vice-Governor of Rostov region Sergey Gorban visited Waterfall plant that is now under construction. During his visit Vice-Governor noted that Waterfall is of strategic importance for the Russian economy. The construction is now at its excavating, construction and installation stage.
Shakhty Municipal Employment Center will assist Waterfall plant in recruiting and training of the staff. The agreement on cooperation between the Employment Center and the enterprise was signed within the framework of the Roundtable "Priorities in Strengthening of the Social Partnership between the Employment Center and Employers".
Waterfall Plant (part of Megapolis Group Holding, Russia) takes part in the 9th International Conference “Polymers in Packaging”. Vincenzo Morandi, Managing Director, expressed confidence that Waterfall will become one of the Russia’s most outstanding high-tech packaging industry enterprises.
